Prepare the caption and image in a draft. Check the preview, then send the owner or colleague a review link if you need their decision. They can approve or ask for changes without another account to manage.

Once the post is approved, choose its place in the calendar and follow the publishing status. A scheduled date tells you the plan; a confirmed result tells you what happened.
