Who operates Monkey404
Monkey404 is a business SaaS workflow for planning, approving, scheduling and managing social content for small teams and clients.
These terms are written for business and professional use rather than consumer social networking.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Operator-created accounts should use the password setup flow, not shared passwords.
Workspace owners are responsible for deciding who can access a workspace and what role they should have.
Customer content responsibility
Customers are responsible for captions, media, notes, schedules, approvals and social account details added to Monkey404.
Only upload or approve content you have the right to use. You grant Monkey404 the limited permission needed to host, process, preview, schedule and hand off that content for managed publishing.
Social platform rules
Customers remain responsible for complying with Facebook, Instagram and other third-party platform terms, advertising rules, community standards and account permissions.
Platform outages, account restrictions, rate limits, review decisions or policy changes may delay, reject or prevent publishing.
Managed publishing limitations
Monkey404 supports managed publishing through approved publishing and operator workflows. A queued or accepted handoff does not guarantee that a platform will publish the post.
Posted status should only be treated as confirmed when publishing evidence, callback/status evidence or a deliberate operator completion record exists.
Published with Monkey404 attribution
Monkey404 may add a Published with Monkey404 attribution line where configured. The current attribution setting should be shown clearly in the app or operator setup.
Customers should review captions and previews before scheduling or approving content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Monkey404 for unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, spam, phishing, malware or impersonation activity.
Monkey404 may suspend or remove access where content, account behaviour or security activity creates risk.
Fees, invoices and cancellation
Stripe self-serve billing is not live unless expressly enabled later. Controlled client testing may use manual invoices or agreed pilot pricing.
Payment terms, cancellation, refunds and any paid pilot scope should be agreed in writing before charging a customer.
Availability and support
Monkey404 is provided for controlled client testing and may change as issues are fixed and feedback is reviewed.
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or accepted by every social platform. Support routes and response expectations should be agreed with controlled clients.
Liability and indemnity
Monkey404 should not be used as the sole archive for legal, accounting or business-critical records. Keep your own backups of important content and approvals.
Customers are expected to indemnify Monkey404 for claims arising from customer content, unlawful use, rights infringement or breach of platform rules, subject to solicitor review of final wording.
Governing law
These draft terms assume the laws of England and Wales unless Patrick chooses another governing law with legal advice.
This page is not a guarantee of legal completeness and should be reviewed before broad public launch.
