What you can request
You can ask Monkey404 to delete early access signup data or app workspace data connected to your beta account.
Early access signup data may include your name, email address, audience type, optional company or brand name and any message you submitted. App workspace data may include workspace details, content drafts, media notes, approvals, readiness state and local reports.
How to contact Monkey404
Contact the Monkey404 team through the early access form. Include enough information to help match the request to the right data.
If you already have beta app access, use the same email address connected to your Treehouse account so the request can be matched more reliably.
What to include
- The email address used for early access or the app.
- The workspace name, if your request is about app workspace data.
- A short note explaining what you want deleted.
Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, private tokens or unnecessary personal information in the request.
What happens next
Requests will be reviewed and actioned where appropriate. If more information is needed to verify the request, Monkey404 may ask for clarification.
Deletion may not be instant, especially if a request needs to be checked against app records or backups. The aim is to handle requests carefully and avoid deleting the wrong workspace or user data.
What may be retained
Some limited operational records may need to be retained where appropriate for security, abuse prevention, system integrity or legal reasons. If that applies, Monkey404 will keep the minimum practical information rather than using deletion requests as a reason to collect more.
Beta product changes
Monkey404 is still in beta, so deletion workflows may become more automated later. For now, the public route is intentionally simple: submit a clear request and include the details needed to find the right data.
